Default Acura of Orange Park

Has anyone ever dealt with them? If so, how are they on negotiating a purchase price? How is there customer service? Any connections? I'm looking at a TSX on their website listed at $19,990 and trying to the price to $16,000 or $17,000 out-the-door. Lower that then would help also.

I have a freind Roy that use to work there. But, i have a friend who works at the one on Atlantic who sales cars. Maybe he can help you out. Keep in mind that car dealers always wanna wheel and deal. Do some research on the car you want, set a price total you wanna spend, and go shoping. If i can help you let me know me bro.

Bernard,

Duval Acura does not have a good selection.

Price range $15,000 - $17,000. Would like to stay closer to $15,000. Tell Roy I am looking at the 2007 Milano Red Certified. Let me know what he thinks. I am looking to purchase this weekend and looking to pay in full. I want $17,000 or less out-the-door tax, tag, and title.

we bought car from both dealerships before.
one back in 05. we bought a TSX from Acura of orange park and were able to get it at the price we wanted. (a price Duval Acura couldn't even get near)
in early 09 we bought a MDX from Duval Acura at a price we liked.

so I think it is all really depends on the timing, or how desperate the dealer is...

But one thing I will share with you abut Duval Acura:
this one service rep has no customer service what so ever. he made my sister cried!
oh one more thing about Duval Acura. when we bought the MDX, the manager agreed to sell us the running board at half price(it was even on paper)but a couple weeks after we return to get the running board, the half price was denied!

I can tell there is no customer service at Duval. I went in one weekend and no one even came to speak with me.

I would do the same and probably will since OP has a better selection.
