Haha! You've seen it? Any info on the car? Even any info on the dealership would be helpful as he is supposedly an employee there and has a consignment with them to try to sell the car quicker. The mods make me cringe; not a single dash of taste seen throughout. He supposedly has all stock parts aside from the exhaust and is the original owner. Said he didn't mod it until 2009 and all mods are cosmetic. Know if he is an S2KI user?

Can anyone vouch for the vehicle otherwise? Horrific mods aside, how does the car look? The interior pics he sent me looks really nice. Any and all info would really help me a lot as I'm across the country right now and am considering flying out there to check it out and, if you guys can vouch or provide any good info, possibly take it home with me. Thanks in advance, guys.

Yes he is selling it privately, but now the title is in the Dealership's name; he said since it is on consignment with them now that it is the law for it to be in their name? He works for the lot, so I don't think it matters to him regardless.

Anyone else that might be able to verify the validity and condition of this car? I'd be able to Paypal some funds over for anyone's troubles. Confirmation with some info and pictures would be nice.

I don't rely on CarFax either. If I get any kind of good word on the car or the seller, I will be doing a very thorough check once I'm in FL, likely bringing it to a mechanic that can do a full service. I'll definitely be doing some research for a reputable place to take it to in the meantime. He has provided a Carfax as well and it looks pretty clean. One owner (reported).

The guy has been pretty accommodating so far. The car is dirty as hell, though.

I'm gonna keep updating this thread in the hopes that someone might have a word or two to say about the vehicle, or to see if someone would be willing to check out the car and report objective findings so I don't have to waste a buttload of time and money flying out there.
