Default AP2V1 Paint Scheme Idea

I want to paint my ap2v1's like this. Can they be powdercoated this way or does it have to be the whole wheel? If they can't, looks like I'll be painting them.

It can be done in powder, but I imagine the cost would not be worth it.

I may just go with a real nice paint job. With the lip not being painted I can avoid damage when gettin tires replaced. That scheme looks real nice.

If you prep them well, spray paint can turn out really good.

I'm actually in full support of rattle canning them. my only issue is that one of the wheels has some type of plastic film or coating on it. I think getting that off would a b%&(*
