Sometimes it hits me like a ton of bricks how good… Really how really good… really really really really really good…this car is..as is from The hands of the Japanese men and women who torqued every lug nut bolt etc. to spec . And when you get this moment of Epiphany, it makes a strong case that every S2000 must have a soul... Why not...doesn't every "element" in this world have energy? Long live this car… Thank you Uehara-san [attachment=95236::]

Just finished the first episode of the new Top Gear. Only one word can describe it...terrible.
So far only Chris Evans, Matt LeBlanc, and Sabine Schmitz have performed host duties (with Chris as the main host). Chris Evans sucks as a primary host. Chris Harris should have been put in his place. I don't have much hope for the future of this show.
"The Grand Tour" (old Top Gear presenters + executive producer) should be a much better production. Just make sure you have your Amazon Prime membership current Autumn of 2016.

I haven't watched Top Gear USA in a while.
I just watched Extra Gear (Top Gear companion show) and it was much more entertaining, but still not great. Chris Harris was featured in this program, which was the saving grace. Unfortunately, he only did one car review (Aerial Nomad, off-road brother of the Atom). A tour of Sabine Schmitz's house in Germany was interesting...she seems to like the Canadian "west".
