April 27th is my 22nd Birthday. I do the same thing every year and its boring n' old. I wanted to change it up this year. I wanted to get together with the Community Organizers mainly Robert and See what he can set up for us.

Saturday - April 26th
I wanted to do a group Drive around 5 PM. Then end at a Park/Camp ground/Picnic and eat some dinner, talk a little. Figured it could even be part of our Bi-weekly meeting.
Men could grill up some meats of choice, women can bring in their own creative dishes.

I got together with my family (aunt's, uncles, grandparents, cousins) And they all agreed that a group Drive would be nice, followed by a Bar-b-Q // Picnic at a nice Park.

The Catch is that All my family own Bikes. Be it Harley's, Cruisers, sport bikes, they gottem. So i figured it would be a S2KI/Bike Ride. sounds fun to me.

All are invited, even those who do not know me because my recent track record at meetings have not been to good and I wish it were better.

Robert, If you could give me a call on my personal @ 955-9555 (kinda wierd # but real)
My family are wanting info ASAP but i told them the more people who come, the more time it takes.

I'll give you a call when I'm out of work. I know the 26th is already taken with a Corvette Club autox in St. Auggie. But depending on the time, maybe the BBQ would be an after autox thing.

 

Sounds like a fun thing I will definitly try to make bikes and s2k's I made it to heaven lol

Time has been confirmed. The Meet will be After the Corvette Club AutoX so as to not leave out anyone, and offer time to get Ready. A Convenient Time would Be >5:00 PM<

Destination is still Unknown. We are surveying for a park site with adequate Parking, small traffic on entry road, seating for a few dozen people and bar-B-Q pitts.

Any suggestions anyone? I know of a few in Avondale of Park st.

 

those are probably the best parks you have several to choose from.. the one on st johns is nice but busy you also have the one there in ortega on the river before the bridge.. that one would be perfect

 

I know which park you are talkin about. It would be nice with a great view. I would have to double check if it has plenty of table space and seating as well as a couple grilles for us men.

 

if my car is up and running i would be down for a group drive.

 

Where is the Corvette Club AutoX? I would like to go to that.

I was told it was by the St. Augie Outlet Mall off I-95. I am sure Robert will have more details on this.
