Default Brewha Out

So I sold the S this weekend in Bradenton, and picked up a 2006 VW Jetta TDI. It was time to make a change, after dumping tens of thousands of dollars into the S in parts that I didn't like and repairing stuff, so I'm switching it up to a Vee Dubbbb!!!!

It was great getting to know you guys, maybe I'll still see you around ... although I'll be in my sorority girl car now, so you probably won't recognize me ... but if you hear a TDI Jetta w/ a blow-off valve, chances are ...

Ryan, as a side note though, the fenders on the Vee Dub are begging to be rolled, VW tuners run mad offsets on their cars

Thanks guys ... yeah, on the trip back from Sarasota it averaged 45mpg, and one-third of it was stop-n-go driving.

Awesome. The safe offset for them is like a 8" wide wheel with a +35 offset, so I think with proper Righteous Spec rolling I can fit some 9" +35s or so.

... and the S is back. Long story. Glad to have it back

Driving around a Jetta for a week did impress upon me how rough around the edges the S is, but I still love it Oh btw, when you buy new rear tires, make sure the contact patch is about the same as the S02 225s if you're staying w/ stock sizes (i.e. get a 245). These 225 Yokos can't handle the car!!!!
