Seems like a fine idea as long as you are always going in a straight line.
The point of having negative camber is so the maximum grip occurs when you need it most...in a corner.
As the weight transfers to the outer tire/wheel in a corner it compresses the suspension and brings tire to a greater contact area with the road.
With that tire it seems to me that handling would be sacrificed when the suspension is compressed.
