As the title states, the fiance and I will be down in JAX this coming weekend (21-22). It's been about 5 years or so since I've last been, so are there any sights, places, restaurants that we MUST see? Also wondering if any of the local S owners hang out on the weekends or anything. Thanks in advanced for any info/advice you can provide!

 

St. johns town center has definitely changed since last time youve been here.. id consider you check out the shops and restaurants.

Our meets are random and we don't have anything planned this weekend but I am down for meeting up and I am sure others will be too

 

Try taverna in san marco. If you feel like spending money try matthews, very nice place.
If you like beer check out engine 15 on beach. A few of us will be there on Sunday. Anyone is welcome.

Go to Dave & Buster's, my lady and I always go there since there isn't one here in Orlando. We both also go to Ohana Hawaian Shaved Ice on Atlantic next to Subway right before the beach and just park and walk Atlantic Beach. Go to the Ice Rink off Emerson.

Awesome! I've only seen Dave and busters on TV. We might have to try that out before we leave. We're down for whatever though! You guys suggest a meeting/eating place and time and we'll be there.

It's been a while since i've posted anything as i have been basically living in the office. Our busy season is over and hopefully i can come out to play more often.

This weekend there will be B-movies at a makeshift drive-in downtown for National B-Movie Weekend or some such nonsense. Might be cool, might suck royally.

If you guys make it out to the beach, i'm pretty sure that "Dancin' in the Streets" is going on this weekend in the Atlantic/Neptune beach towncenter area at the end of Atlantic Ave.
