I don't think it would, its quite large. I don't know much about stereo stuff, but not amps like these need air/space?

O yeah, I forgot to post up the Password JDM spark plug cover. Yay for no more lightning. Now to get a stock colored valvecover.

Yeah its not bad for now, not like that airbrushed sp cover >_<. I want the stock colored one cause I plan to go red interior at some point. Thanks for the feedback.
