I would prefer a female roommate, but I am open. (my only reserves are that I have a grip of stuff that, if a male were so inclined, he would like to have). I have a 4 yr old son every other week, for a week, which is why I prefer a roommate that is a parent. I am separated, so I am looking for a little help with the amount of bills that were dumped in my lap. I am really good with kids, very patient, effective communicator, and easy going. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. The cat is inside/outside, and the dogs are inside. They are only about knee high..

I have been a S2k Owner since 2008, I have a 2 car garage with an S2000 in there, and a mechanics dream worth of tools. Pretty much any tool that anyone would need to work on the car.

Neighbor to the left has 5 kids, age range 3-11, neighbor across the street has 6yr old girl, neighbor to the right has 6 yr old girl.

Rent includes utilities. It is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
Huge 3200 sq ft house with tons of extra space for storage. Driveway to park in.
