I'd get a large. You can use any M or sa rated 2005 or 2010 . M is for motorcycle and sa is motorsport rated. you can find cheap M helmets for under 100 bucks.
personally id spend a little more on a SA especially if you ever want to do high speed events. if not M is perfectly fine. this is the cheapest sa i found. http://www.amazon.com/RaceQuip-25211.../dp/B004QM7OTI

some M :

http://www.amazon.com/Approved-Helme...ll+2010+helmet

if you order make sure you get quick shipping.

Bunch of cheap ones. http://www.motorcyclecloseouts.com/hot+deals/street+helmets+under+$100?utm_source=NPS&utm_mediu m=homepage&utm_content=street_helmets&utm_campaign =warehouse_overstock

Think I'm going to have to back out. Seems like I need my clutch replaced, when the cars been sitting an hour or more and I start it I can't shift into first or reverse. If anyone's experienced this problem any help is welcome.

Have you checked your level of your fluid in the clutch reservoir?

It's a little low, nothing drastic so I'll resupply it tomorrow and cross my fingers that's it. From what I researched it looked to be a much more serious problem.

Yes, spectators are allowed, but ride alongs are prohibited. So basically all you can do is watch and hang out.

Gage- start small with troubleshooting. Bleed and flush the clutch system, change the transmission fluid and regrease the shifter. It will cost you about $25 in fluids to do this and will take about 2 hours.
