Default Rear vibration under Accel

Ever since I lowered the car, I have rear end vibration under acceleration. You feel it between 3 and 4k RPMs real bad. Righteous Spec told me it was the axle cups or some ish like that and that it's an easy fix. Can anybody help me do this "easy" fix? I don't like messing with stuff like this since my S is my DD and I'm not experienced enough yet. And no, I don't want to pay someone to do it for me. I'd like to actually do the work with someone showing me what needs to be done.

Yes it's the axle cups. You can swap them if you want to go the free route. I've done mine twice. Now I have axle spacers because I couldn't swap them anymore. It's not to hard.

I wonder if I'm feeling the same???
I first noticed it while on the dragon trip. It was on an uphill quick turn on a extremely smooth (fresh paved) road. During acceleration and turning I would feel a very faint vibration. I barely feel it in fla. the roads are not as smooth.

Any clue?

Yes. You'll mainly feel it under load or torque. Most noticeable in first thru third. Won't feel it cruising
