First, they have no idea what a café con leche is. Plus the food has way too much salt.
I can understand how disappointing that must have been. Agree that there's more training and coffee Ed and knowledge needed from the servers. A couple people did not seem to know much about the coffee they were serving. Initially I'd get blank stares to questions if X coffee was cost rican or not. Plus, they had a hard time understanding my name (I never have this issue in Miami's little Havana). However I realize it's a new business and it takes a little time. Bottom line: I am willing to overlook this small stuff because the coffee is very good and there's a nice lounge/seating are and decent parking. Last week we were sitting inside and felt we had a pretty good thing going there. It's good to see an alternative to the big box coffee stores like starbucks (w/their burnt coffee).
