I have a few connections to make the shirts through either Funk Fashion or Emerce Apparel. They are both personal friends of mine. If someone can get to me a design, I can have it made at cost with pretty decent quality. local businesses.

I can request Calvin Klein, or Hanes fitted tees. the good quality kind.

I'm thinking $4-$5 for the shirt and we just pay a flat design/labor fee for the press on the shirt.

So it depends how many we want to order. I am thinking probably 20 shirts, 5x small, 5x medium, 5x Large, 5x XL or less XL and more L. What do you guys think?

yes heat pressed. Someone get me a design and I can get a lot price for 'x' number of shirts and we can all divide out the cost and have left over shirts we can sell to new members. It would be smarter to have extras for potential new members. The more we have the cheaper the shirts and all the other costs will be. 20x shirts and depending on the complexity of the design, I am estimating about $10-$13 a shirt.

Hanes is what most companies like blipshift, cafepress, t-shirt hell, tee spring, etc use. They fit very well.

Blip uses a different one. It's good quality but I don't like the fit.

Do you think he could make a prototype/ test print so I can see and feel it.

It would be great if somewhere on the shirt it said "Jax racecar team" or "have you checked your oil today?"
