If you guys are interested in trying out Roebling you might consider http://www.seat-time.com/html/main.htm since Chin has been booked up for a bit now and isn't back until November.

I have never used Seat Time but have heard good things and it might give you guys a crack at trying the 2-miler with some help from an instructor. Plus it looks like they're there the weekend you want to do the drive. As you probably already know there are quite a few inexpensive hotels (under $100/night) w/i 15 minutes from the track as well.
