Default Shine Hardtop - Need Help Fixing

Well, I've dealt with it for about a year and I'm 100% sick and tired of it now.
Can anyone list a shop or someone that can try to fix the problems I'm having?

My windows are NOT sealed at all... So they need to be resealed properly.
Also the front middle of the hardtop begins to lift at speeds of 70+ MPH even with hardtop stoppers on it. There is constant wind noise regardless of the speed though, above 80mph it becomes so loud I can't even handle it.

I want to keep the top because I love the way it looks, but it's seriously obnoxious, especially for the ladies. - and I can't have that. ;P

Can anybody help me?
