Much cheaper to get a new soft top. Johnny is an expert at installing them and charges a reasonable fee.

Just out of curiosity, how long do soft tops last for you guys?

I'm getting about a year out of a soft top before it starts to tear. After buying two of them (and having another one cut up during an attempted car theft), it would've been cheaper in the long run to get a hardtop.

I paid $750 for the Robbins top (just the materials), so after two-three replacements, it's the same price as getting a hardtop.

My OEM top lasted about 4yrs. My Robbins top lasted about a year before the tear started. However, it still isn't leaking so I've had it on the car for about 3yrs.

i am here.... the best place to order the top is topsonline.com they have a couple different versions anywhere from 500-800. i went with the cheapest one with the glass window when i did mine. They do have a 5yr mf warranty against defects so that is a plus. Top usually ships in a couple days good quality and cheaper than factory.. I will install the top for 400$ its a couple hrs worth of work have done 5 of them so far. Just to put price in perspective a top from honda is around 1000$ and honda charges i think 10-12 hrs shop time for installation so your looking at around 1200$ just to install the top. So to have honda order and install the top is gonna run you around 2 grand.. any top shops around town will cost you around 1300-1500 i have checked into several. So by ordering the top online and me installing you will save between 500-1000$ hit me up heres my email miami4quad@aol.com.. or keep this thread kickin..
