Default Tech/Mod Day Date Discussion

At the Fuji Sushi meet I offered to have a tech/mod day at my house for the S2KI community (this includes more than just S2000's). Based on future planned meets and my personal plans the earliest dates it can happen are 4/24/2010 or 5/1/2010. Which date would work best for the community? I have BASIC tools (a jack, 4 stands, and some tools), so anything beyond that would need to be supplied by participants. Please let me know which date would work best for you.

*UPDATE* The tech day will now be held on Saturday 5/1 due to my laziness. Now that the supermeet has been postponed, most people should be able to make this date.

I plan on getting started around 10 am, PM me for my address. If people are interested in grilling out for lunch I can buy a small charcoal grill.

I would definitely be interested. Since all I have to purchase now are c/c plates and a bump steer kit, I should have the rest of my parts by either one of those dates. So I'm game for sure. Can we include burgers and dogs as well? I can supply the food if you can supply the grill and the cook

I might be interested. But I can only attend 5/1 if the community decides that day.

I don't have a grill , but we can do some type of food for lunch. I plan on fixing the leak in my trunk and maybe doing the shifter lube TSB.

Since yarbrough is the only one to specify a certain date, it looks like this will happen on 5/1. I plan on looking into a cheap grill for some burgers and hot dogs. What time do you all think you will show up (no earlier than 1000 please)?

I'd be interested but the supermeet is on 5/1. I think I may attend that instead.

^You're right ZeroPsi, I forgot the Supermeet is on 5/1, I guess the Tech/Mod day will have to fall on 4/24 to avoid competition with the supermeet, sorry yarbrough.
