Does anyone know of a good place to have tires mounted and balanced? I'm looking for the kind of place they handle wheels with kid gloves. ... maybe a wheel shop.

My BMW buddy buys tires of discountdirect and takes them to World Imports. I think he gets 4 tires mounted balanced(and old tires disposed) out the door for ~$75

 

Unless you know who you're dealing with, be careful with Tk performance; had someone hit and nick a very expensive wheel on one of my previous cars... The individual proceeded to say that if my wheels weren't that "cheap" (and they were iforged), that they would be able to take all kinda hits. He then became very profane so I reported him to corporate. This was a while back though, he may not be around anymore...but the days of Jeremy are over because he is not there anymore. Jeremy was the man!

Who do I go to now? Discount Tire on beach...excellent service and pricing, and they handled another set of expensive wheels I had on my previous car as if they were newly born babies. Highly recommended!

 

I would trust Righteous Spec with expensive wheels, if I had any. He has worked on my car before and I've never had any problems with his work.

 

Agreed. Worked at Discount for years... I know everyone that works at most stores and an S2000 is cheap compared to some of the cars i and many have worked on.
