Amuse R1 Titan Extra fitment
Well fellas, a "I told you so!" is in order. After all my crying about fitment, replacing all of the 2-hole hangers with 3-hole hangers like the one over the muffler was all it took for an absolutely perfect fit! I now have more than enough clearance, and the exhaust note is flawless from start to finish.
Thanks for all of the help, including the "why don't you try some different hangers" suggestions.
Sometimes it's very easy for me (and I guess others too) to make an ant hill into a f^ck'n mountain.
It's important for me to reiterate my great interest and love for Amuse as a company, and I hope it didn't come across at any time that I was trying to bash them, or speak poorly of their products.
I'm just glad, to finally have everything going according to plan!

Congrats Mason! I had a hunch that changing over to a different hanger would do the trick.
Amuse should make this suggestion or add an extra set of these hangers for the S2k's for this particular fitment.

On my AP2, I use all AP1 (2 hole) hangers and everything fits perfectly.
^ I ordered (3) of the triangular shaped 3-hole hangers from Honda. In my case, there were (3) of the 2-hole "peanut" shaped hangers, and (1) of the 3-hole triangular hangers over the muffler.
I replaced the hanger directly over the resonator, and the (2) twords the rear of the exhaust, (1) to the left of the muffler, and (1) to the upper right of the muffler (all of my lefts and rights are referenced from the back of the car). The 3-hole that was already in place directly above the muffler kept it's place.
I now have a good 1/4" clearance, and no contact, even at a cold start there is no vibration at all.
J's racing actually offers some stiffer replacement hangers as well. I believe they call them "A" and "B" hangers. The B hanger would be very similar to the ones I used for the fix

Mason, you must be in heaven right now. Just in time for the weekend! Hunter and I are so happy for you, and hope you know that we appreciate your patience and dedication to this whole matter. I really hope everything works out so that we'll get to hang out on our drive back from grabbing Hunter's S2000 from GA!
Heaven is correct my man! It's like I just got the thing installed for the first time.
I'll tell ya man, IMO, it's a true testament to the quality and durability of Amuse's exhausts, when it can endure what mine did with no damage what so ever to the Helmholtz. The truth is, it's been rattling to some extent since I first had it installed, but seemed to get worse in the last month or so, after tinkering with it and trying to move it into a better position.
With all of the contact involved after driving 60+ miles a day, for right at 6 months, the exhaust shows no signs of wear at all.
It'll be great to see you guys, and I hope everything works out!
Take care Colin!
