Nope, they have Bilstein Dampers with Tein springs (at least in all the sets I've seen)

Titanium a weak metal? Are you sure about that statement?

^^^

Its strong but not very durable. Its just like Ti springs for your engine...they are supposed to be replaced every 15k miles (although you can prob go longer) compared to never replacing the stock steel springs.

How can titanium connecting rods, which are in most high reving exotic cars withstand continuous 8000 RPM and not have to be replaced like these springs?

just curious...

titanium springs might sound 'bling' compared to steel, but as stated above, it doesnt have the same longetivity as steel springs

It's not that the metal is structurally weak; we all know Titanium is very strong. It just doesn

Good info. I was about to point out the same thing. Notice that the bends on Ti exhausts are carefully welded sections.

Okay, wait, now I have another question: How does J's Racing do the bend at the end of their exhuasts? It is clearly Ti because of the color change from the heat.

Is Ti just very difficult to bend (while keeping its strength), hence why J's chose to do it for their tips - like the cherry-on-top type of thing?
