Strut tower bar really does nothing for the car, just some added bling and the are rest for working like he already mentioned.

I installed the asm strut bar with stock intake box. The bar is little bit pushing the intake hose but looks okay. Although now I have to push the hood a little bit stronger to close it.

not sure if this is okay tho...

 

If it contacts the hood raise up the hood a bit with the four rubber cushions, I don't remember mine touching the hood but I guess it is possible. You can raise up the latch a tad too, easy to do.

 

Mine did touch the stock air induction hose but it was slightly and it never became problem because the hose itself is flexible.

But the bar itself never touched the hood. Has your car even been in an accident or had the hood replaced?

 

Wondering if it fits with a paxton novi 1200 supercharger in the way..

Yea, mine does touch the top of the intake arm, and its never been an issue for me. I do not have hood contact either.

@DutchyFutch Def will not ft that Supercharger. I already did a bunch of research because i want to supercharge as well. It looks like the only SC that will work with the ASM Tower bar is the Kraftwerks.

 

The top bar clears my Vortech kit. You can't use the lower bar though.
