I do not think prime is valid outside the US. Also it depends on the seller.

They wouldn't ship to me from Amazon Japan, so I found them elsewhere.

Got them off of Rakuten, don't think it was this seller, but there's a few options for them. I just searched Jade + Recaro

I figured it would take a few weeks, but was much quicker. Really pleased with the process, shipping was cheap too.

You should just need the smaller main ring that sits into the hub to mount the horn. I didn't need the second ring with the little tab for my setup.

 

I have another ring that should work. I found a replacement for the one with the tab but I guess it's not needed. Oh well.

 

Yeah most steering wheels come with rings to mount the horn and everything anyway.
