They would have to shell out over $3K for the original to do that.
That's a whole lot or replicas to sell just to recuperate the cost of the bumper itself

They could but they're probably going to be sitting on that $3000 bumper for a looooooong time especially if they'll be selling a FRP for a fraction of the cost.
Another issue is they would be cut off from selling ASM products from that point further
