asm rear overfender question

Just a small update- I changed my mind again. My neighbor's friend works at a machine shop so he took took the measurements of my car and I am having the flat edge piece of the wheel well machined with a 90 degree bend. He said he will drop it off at my neighbors on Saturday. Even though I measured it about 100x and by eye it looks perfect I don't wanna get this molded and see any waviness when it's done.

I been dyin for these! then I can finally get my car lowered as much as I want to, without driving so damn conservative

The only other widened rear fenders I like the look of are the C-West, and maybe the Spoon - but I would have to have them blended, as the rivets are really all over the place on those.

I've got a one finger gap in the rear now, but any lower than this and the inside of the fender is sitting on the patch of tire, not even close to touching the sidewall.. so without rolling/trimming in my fender, and running mad camber (which I'm NOT looking to do) I wont get away with even THIS drop if I wanna do normal driving without coming down to slow speeds for slight changes in elevation. Even on sweeping turns I used to take at 40-65mph (they have a slight change in road degree through the turn) the inside rear rubs w/any passenger in the car - and I still rub on these turns a tad bit when alone. No fun
I dont trust any shops in particular around here to PULL my rears, and it just so happens that the previous owner of my car managed to damage the paint on both sides right infront of each rear wheel well - so these over-fenders are like a no-brainer

Sanded and worked the plug for hours and finally gave them to my bodyshop. Myfriend enlisted his fiancee's brother as he makes model rockets and motorized airplanes from scratch with fiberglass and cf and he is going to vacuum bag and shape the molds for me. Now I'm just as anxious as you guys to see the finished product.
