Default Best VAFCII settings?

I have a pro tuner in mind, but what are the best/safest settings and vtec settings? Or will the tuner decide all this? I also heard I can set the vtec to cut off at maybe 9300 rpms in case of an accidental over-rev?

Your tuner will determine the best settings for the VAFC based on your Air/Fuel ratio and dyno numbers. He will also set your vtec engagement point for the best performance, your vtec doesnt cut off at high rpm it is a fuel cut off. This will stay at 9000 rpm, a vafc cannot change your redline.

the settings are the best ones for your car as determined through A/F logging and dyno tuning.......

vtec is gonna be around 5700rpms, you can get away with -5% from 3k-redline without leaning the car out too much and feel a noticeable difference.

every car is different, the best settings are the ones that make your car the most power.

you can tune it yourself on a dyno.you dont need a good tuner or anything.just make sure your a/f isnt over 13.5 and not less then 12.8 for the power gain.try 13.5 then 13.0 if the power is the same richer is safer.

i gained 9whp with my tune... and a considerable amount around red line where the AP1s power drops off due to running really rich.... my vtec is at 5700.
