13"/14" is that before the padding is compressed?

What is it after it is compressed?

That seems small for a Type L

Considering that the exterior base dimensions on a Zeta 3 Type L is 475mm (18.7

 

my apologies i missed the "Type-L"

and my measurements were are with the padding not compressed (new seats)
