I've had a tough time finding any info on how to adjust the height of the buddy club rs dampers. Is the only way to adjust the height by taking it off the car and adjusting, or is there a way to adjust it without taking it out?

Spin the rings below the springs with the tools?

 

that will affect the pre loads...

you have to jack the car up > remove the wheel > remove the lower bolts > turn the lower perches up or down depending on if your lowering or raising while someone holds the lower arm down
