Same here. I had the Tein Stech spring with oem struts and after 8k miles it got too soft. Now with Buddyclub RS coilover it's really stiff....There less body roll...
I've got OEM shocks w/ Swift springs. I wanted the OEM height but with the slightly stiffer spring rate. I'm currently loving the setup. I'm tracking my car 1-2x a month, and I usually take my car to the mountains once a week.
But IMHO the OEM set up is great, trying to get a set of CO's and dialing them in is a very tricky. I've seen folks at the track who are having to always stop and change settings. If you're not going to track it alot and just do Togue runs, I'd stick the lowering springs mentioned above.
But like efthimios had mentioned, you will need to change out your OEM Shocks later, the lowered springs will wear them out faster. But for now save your $$ and learn your OEM setup.
