I did a search and could not find anything .

I am considering getting Craft Square mirrors for the S, but they are kind of pricey about $500.00 . I can get the C West mirrors for less, but do not know if they are a direct bolt on. (On there website it states they are universal)

If you have had CWest mirrors on your S or know wether or not the require any drilling while mounting, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 

You have to use the APR bases for the Cwest mirrors to bolt in the stock location.

 

cwest+apr base will end up costing more

 

Yup I bought them back in the day for $400 for the Cwest and $275 for the APRs. Then I went over to the Craft Squares and wanted them in my hands the same day so that cost me $670 so only a $5 difference thanks to Bluesaint but in reality the CS mirrors are cheaper by about $175 or so when all said and done. Good luck.

You dont always have to have brand names either. Gruppe S has Cwest "style" cf mirrors and they look identicle. Only difference is the mirror itself and you save $300.

I have had some freinds who had issues with the APR carbon mirrors breaking. I have not seen the CS in person besides at meets and car shows.

I like both of the mirrors. You cant go wrong with either but I must say I have more view clearance with the Craft Square mirrors but I liked the style of the Cwest and the blue lens. Thats about it.

I think my funds have been deverted to wheels, someone made me an offer I cant refuse .

Looks like I will have to hold of on the mirrors for a bit. When I do get them, I will be going with the CS.

i've yet to see them anywhere...

i've searched in most of the major venders web sites -- everyone has the APR's, most everyone carries the CS's, and a couple the Visions --- but where do you get C-West mirrors?

are they more of a call and get someone (bulletproof?) to order them type of thing.
