Endless BBK Install
Just wanted to do a write up on the Endless BBK install I just did.
DISCLAIMER: The procedures, methods and products written up here were for my circumstances only. I make no assertions that your results will be the same nor do I claim that this is the best way to do it. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
First start by losening your lug nuts and jacking up car, Be safe and have jackstands when doing any job on the car where you have to take the wheels off.
Remove the wheels and here is what you see.
There are 2 phillips screws holding on the rotors. To remove those screws you have to get an impact driver (I also suggest that you either have PB blaster or WD40 to loosen the bolts):
After the 2 screws are removed look at the back of the brake system and this is what you will see
bottom bolts:
you can either remove the calipers itself without the brackets 12mm bolt(circled in yellow ) but it is easier to remove the calipers with the bracket attached which is a 17mm bolt(circled red)
top bolts:
While you're removing the top bolt also remove the bolt holding the brake line to the spindle (circled light blue) Hold the caliper while you remove the second bolt. Lift caliper off of rotor and position unit out of the way
Pull off the whole assembly caliper and bracket assembly:
remove the rotors and hats left is the dustshield. you can either remove the dustshield assembly by removing 3phillip screws or trim with a dremel like mine along the red line:
the BBK comes with 4 bolts(2 are allen heads, I used a 3/8's allen. the bolt is 19mm if i remember correctly.)
take the caliper bracket and the bolt with the lock washer and regular washer.
Torque both bolts to 65 ft-lbs
Clean and de-grease the spindle with brake cleaner and then grab the Rotor and install onto spindle. the rotor might still come in contact with the dust shield, and in that case, bend back the area's that is contacting the rotor:
Endless rotors are Driver/ Passenger side specific. The slits have to face forward towards the front.
next grab the Brakelines:
and install on the calipers:
Grab the Allen screws and Black washers. these is what you need to install the caliper to the bracket:
2bolts go here on the caliper (circled red):
Torque both Allen bolts to 45 ft-lbs
it is important to make sure that the bleeder screw is positioned so its pointing up in order to properly bleed the brake:
It is important that you test fit the wheel on now to make sure you have proper clearance because the next step will require brake bleeding!
Check out my fitment. 1mm clearance on my 17x8+35 FN01RC:
Route the Endless brake line like the original and position by the hardline.
Remove the C-clip on the brake line. I used a flat head screw driver to wedge it out
Unscrew the 10mm fitting on the hardline and install the Endless brake line to the hardline. reinstall the c-clip also.
Go to the other side and repeat the steps again.
Bleed the brakes. You need to start with the driver's front caliper using the outside bleeder screw on the caliper and then moving to the inner bleeder screw.
repeat for passenger side.
Once bleeding is complete remount both wheels, and remove car from jack stands
Once car is back on the ground torque all wheel lugs to about 80 ft-lbs.
and you're done:

haven't tested it yet on the road yet but I know that they do help. My GF has a set on her Z and it was night and day difference with her car.
the kit is 6 pot
