I received my new Endless SS lines and found that they don't fit on my car. Has anyone sucessfully put them on a 06. I was under the impression that all brakes parts are the same for every year.

My problem is : If you look into the coupling ( the side that goes to the hard line NOT the caliper ) you will find what looks like a funnel fitting on the OEM line this shape ( V ). The Endless line is the opposite, the funnel is turned upsidedown like this shape ( ^ ). This only allows me to thread about 2 turns in and the line will not seat all the way down.

I can not imagine Honda changing the lines to MY06 if everthing else is the same (rotors, Pads)

I am finding little annoying things about my MY06 S2k.

 

That doesn't sound right you sure you got the correct lines?

 

They came with both of my Endless BBK kits and works fine on 01-03. Should work on AP2s.

 

You are not the first 06 owner to have trouble mounting brake lines.

Thanks for confirming. I did more research and found that out too. Of course the person selling it to you will tell you " yeah if fits! All brake parts are interchangable on S2000's " ......Not true!!!

I found that Techna Fit knew this already and made lines just for the newer models. I have ordered mine already. I did let Endless know also and they are working on it too.

Sorry did not know there was alisting for MY06 already.
