Even at 3 inches, I doubt it'll scrape on a normal road. Anything will scrape on a speedbump. I have tons of clearance on the TS and it sits right on the exhaust. If you scrape the bottom of your exhaust all the time in normal driving then, fine you'll scrape with the TS.
