If you look carefully near the headlight cut out of the j's bumper, you will notice there is line slightly traced out. You will need to cut it precisely on the line to get the bumper to fit properly.

Good luck!

Dang, I didn't know you had to cut the bumper to get it to fit. That kinda sux. It's probably easy to do, you'd think J's would have done it for you.

Have now cut exactly to the line and there is a couple of places where the fit still isn't good.....after 6 months of waiting this isn't what I wanted to have to do

Welcome to the world of modding. I had an issue with mt TS frt bumper by the headlights one side was a little long and the other side was short so my bodyshop had to trim from one side and build the other side up but once they did that it fits like a glove. There is less gap between all the lines in between where the bumper lines up with the fenders.

my cut is literally on the line and it still doesn't fit.....I guess I am going to have to cut further.....just don't want to cut in the wrong place and end up with a gap

If you have not gotten it painted yet then why don't you have the bodyshop fit it up?
