Default GP Sports Door Caps

Does anyone know if it is necessary to mold the door caps from the GP SPorts sideskirts onto the bottom of the door, or can they be double-sided taped there? I would rather not affix anything permanent to my car, incase I ever decide to sell it, however, I don't want it blowing off when I am driving down the road either

Thanks for any advice!
Tyler

Use 3M double sided grey foam tape. Available from any auto parts store.

I used Industrial double-sided 3M tape. That shit didn't want to come off and took me a couple hours to get it all off.

That stuff should work no problem as long as you clean the areas before applying. Thats what the manufactuar used to keep the emblems on too.
