Wait, so i was planning on doing this after exhaust and headers, but would it not matter to do it before or after, or would the difference be minimal? Ive heard that anything more than 5hp you can feel so its more than 5hp its worth it to me. Need more input...

These are with 93 octane fuel. If you use anything other than 93 octane you had better test carefully before stepping up to the next level with some form of knock detection. If the ECU detects knock it will pull timing immediately and then gradually return it over several driving cycl
Gilbert, can you tune mine to work safely with 91 octane ???

If I had to guess there is only maybe a 5hp difference between pretuned and custom tuned .... you can only do so much NA .... We have also found that lots of the Mods dont help much . We have had stock cars tune higher than modified cars ....
So have you happened to see any header/exhaust combos that tune better than others, and any that tune worse? Or do they all have pretty much the same room for improvement?

Sunoco has Ultra 94 ... Sunoco Locator

You should be able to run the mild settings which will still have a significant effect, especially if you get some colder plugs.
