Default how much whp gain from this setup?

hi everybody!

having read thru the forums a bit, im thinking of adding the following to my MY07 s2k

headers, exhaust, hondata reflash.

i know hondata with toda headers have proven gains as shown on hondata website,
but if i pair a J's headers with J's exhaust, will it give as good gains too? was thinking along the line if it might be a better idea to get the headers and exhaust from the same company.

on the topic of exhaust, if my concern is gains in mid torque and not TOO LOUD, will J's 70MM titianium be suitable?

in summary, like to know how much qhp can i gain from this setup. or if anyone has a suggestion will appreciate any comments.

thanks!

it will show good gains with the j's products. If your looking for better mid range I would go with something smaller then the 70mm considering you also want it to be somewhat quiet.

Also J's header is more for top end. Something like mugen, or amuse will give you better mid range.

If you get the reflash you should stick to the Mugen or TODA header. Also you may want a high flow cat or test pipe because the reflash is developed for one.

The Js header has a different performance profile so I wouldn't get that.

The exhaust brand doesn't matter but all the Js 70mm exhausts are pretty loud. If you want quiet get an ASM.

there is a dyno in the middle of the thread that shows j's header with reflash plus other mods.

This dyno is the reason I say not to use the Js header with the toda reflash. It runs way too lean in the midrange.

Also Hondata doesnt have a reflash for MY07.. the ECU is different from MY06.

Some of the 07s can be reflashed.

I don't believe that is due to the header. The richness should be blamed on the other mods playing into it. The person bought the reflash for a stock car with toda headeronly. It needs to be retuned for the added mods as well.
