I know that's the Top Fuel AP1 from the 2006 Tokyo Auto Salon, so I'm guessing the lip isn't out yet - it sort of looks like an exaggerated version of a C-west, Wald, or Route KS lip.

In some later pics the decal on the lip said "Quantum", so maybe that's the brand of the lip? Also in the later pics the lip is taped together and taped to the custom front bumper work where it appears that it hit something head-on, so hopefully this won't be the only one of these lips produced, it looks great!

Quantum is a suspension company.

They make some bad ass coilovers.

 

car looks sick, but if you get that lip, you'll also need the front over-fenders since it flows with them

 

Look closer at your picture.

 

They taped the seams on the fenders and lip for less wind resistance.

 

Yeah I thought that it was crashed because they have the side of the lip bolted onto the fender w/ a bracket - I guess that just reduces wind resisitance too

 

it looks like a cutom fabricated lip that connects to the custom wide front fender. im sure they took the styling cues from the wald design because i have an old revspeed magazine that has the top fuel car before it had the custom front fenders. it had a cf wald lip, cwest rear fenders, varis side skirt, amuse hood, and mugen hardtop.
