As a first post i thought I might as well be helpfull and here are directions to get out to Super Autobacs:
Autobacs:
Take the Yurakucho Line to Shin-Kiba.
Then from the same station Take the Rinkai Line one stop to Shinonome. You
can see the Red, White and Blue roof of Autobacs from the Shinonome station
platform. Just head out of the station turn right - walk under the Wangan
expressway and it's on your right.
Hope that's of some help, and have fun man.

Hey man, i went over to TAS two years ago (Jan. 06) and had a blast! I hit up Autobacs, Megaweb, Honda Collection Hall, Twin Ring Motegi, Nismo cafe, and many many other spots in and around Tokyo.
Def check out Akiabara, Shibuya, Roppongi, and Ebisu. Those were some really cool spots in the city.
As for shops, seems like you have a great list going on here...but if i were you id DEF try to hit up Top Secret. I wish i did while i was there.
Well, be sure to take TONS of pics while your there and post em up when you return. If you have any questions or want to see my pics hit me up.
