I spoke with somebody that has the INGS wing and they said it was 2x2. Can somebody confirm whether the front canards are 1x1 or 2x2 weave? Thanks!

Yeah I heard from SII2kTuner it was 2x2 and really crappy quality not worth the $1800 he paid. He said more of the lines of under a grand.. He is a community organizer in the San Diego forums..

 

Thats who I was talking to about the wing. Its hard to tell in this pic, but it looks like they are 1x1. As I said, its hard to tell.

Can't say I agree with that...

I got my Ings wing when the first batch came over and I've been pretty happy with it.

The wing is 2x2, however.

In general I do think that 1x1 appears to be higher quality (to me) than 2x2. My J's Type V hood for example "looks" better to me than my Ings wing. However I also recognize that that judgement is purely personal taste and dosn't necessarily have anything to do with the quality of the CF itself.

I didn't notice any major mis-weaves, clear coat was in good shape, and the wing looks great I think.

In any event back to the real topic, I don't know about the canards, but if they're made in the same fasion as the wing then they're 2x2 I just PM'd ya back Ro-Ja sorry about the delay
