ITB'S s2000 05
Have fun trying to get those TWMs to work properly. Because of how they are designed it is a bitch to tune them by speed density, you will likely be stuck tuning them Alpha N. They have the WORST vacuum chamber design. Also, because of how the linkage is designed, how far away the throttle plates are from the intake ports and how the throttles open, they like to stick open and are a whore and a half to make them open and close from 0 to 100%. I had TERRIBLE luck with these and took them off after a day and bought the Haywards, they were just that much of a pain in the ass. Don't be surprised if the TWMs show you no gains. I hope you have better luck with them then I did.
The stock fuel pump is fine into the 300hp range NA. All of the ITB setups for our car include the fuel rail so thats not an issue. I reccomend a 550cc injector, Bosch are cheaper and work in the TWM rail. All the Jenvy based ITBs can use Bosch or Pico style injectors. Picos have better fuel atomization and are good for 2-3hp on that alone, but are more expensive. AEM ECU of course is manditory, a piggyback won't cut it.
Do NOT look at ITBs as a power mod on there own. They are not, ITBs are simply a piece of a complete engine upgrade package. That increased breathing really wont do a whole lot on a stock engine. When I ran the TWMs I made no more power then I did on a stock plenum with my other bolt-ons. Only when I added the cams did I see any real hp gains. My Jenvy setup was worth about 15hp by itself WITHOUT the cams.
Currently I am running the Jenvy/Hayward setup with the Hytech cams, Hytech header, etc.

cool, yea i just bought the twm ITB's and aem ems, just wondering wut injectoers to use....... and whatever misc... stuff I need.
If your internals are stock and you don't plan on going with cams/stroker kit later, I suggest 440cc injectors. My stock injector duty cycle was around 66% at peak, and with the 440cc injectors and my Jenvey ITB's (all else stock except the AEM EMS), my new setup peaked at 64% duty cycle... a perfect match.
I only got a few peak ponies out of it, but I gained slightly more than 40 hp and 30 ft/lbs in the midrange...the car pulls HARD from 4800 on up
