Default J'S catch tank install help

Well just installed my J'S catch tank and car seems to ocasionally bog down and does not seem as responsive when stepping on the gas from low RPM or even sometimes when i let of the throttle.

This is how I installed it
1. Remove hose from 1st slot on valve cover that leads to the Comptech intake.
I then used 1 of the plugs that came with the catch can to plug the hole in the intake and ran the hose that came with the catch tank to the 1st slot in the valve cover to the can.

2. Then removed the hose from the 2nd slot on valve cover that connects to the 1st slot on the intake manifold. I plugged that 1st slot on the intake manifold and ran the 2nd hose from the 2nd slot on the valve cover to the can.

I do have 1 plug left not sure if that's an extra or do i have to plug something else. Any help would be helpful.

shouldnt it just be in line with one or the other?

from valve cover ---> to catch can ---> back to the intake or manifold depending on which one you unplugged.

It should look like Slow's setup in this thread (5th post): https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=270320

The way you have it setup you're not relieving any pressure from the crankcase, hense the reduced performance.

Yep thanks noticed that also the way Tenblade has it I have the same intake.

I think the problem might be i don't have the hose from the 1st slot on the valve cover(Noticed red Hose) going onto the intake anymore and i plugged that hole in the intake up. I went for a cruise tonight and whenever i let of the gas i would here alot of resonance in the intake and the car would start bucking agian like the other night.
