Thumbs up J's Racing 70RR titanium exhaust for 06+ AP2?

Hi,

Does anyone know if J's Racing is planning to make a titanium exhaust that will fit 06+, namely my 2008 CR ???

This is the one I want but it only fits AP1/early AP2 --> http://www.jsracing-net.com/catalog/produc...9&cat=41&page=1

Pic from J's Racing site:

Anyone have insider info on this?

Thanks,
Fil

P.S. -- I know the T1R 70mm single titanium is a good one and fits 06+ AP2, but I'd rather run the J's

It is difficult to say whether or not a company will produce products for 06+ AP2s.

I have heard from other members on this forum that you can easily have a J's exhaust mount onto an 06+ AP2 by changing the rubber mounts.

Currently I cannot verify this simply because I have not witnessed it with my own eyes so I cannot guarantee it.

Just my .02.

Earlier this year I was looking into getting a J's exhaust, but everything I came across said none of them would fit without modification(for 06+).

I have the 70RS dual on mine and there was not a fitment issue. Though I want to go back Amuse so a R1000 will be coming along in the future.

i got a 60rs to fit...all you need to do is one switch out one of the muffler hangers with the one where the resonator goes this will drop the exhaust down a few mm enough to make it fit...but this did mean we had to lose the rear tie bar

the photo in the OP is a 70rs not a 70rr

here are pics of my 06 with the RS, i had the 70RR and it hangs too low and the rear lower brace bar needs to be removed

berk hfc/berk header to the RS
