Thumbs up J's Racing oil catch can and custom oil lines

I bought a J's Racing oil catch can for my S2000 and would like to have some custom steel-braided oil lines made for it. Can anyone please help me determine the correct hose size(s)? Thanks in advance!

you really dont need those steel braided oil lines if your staying NA. I changed mine because the ones that came with the J's oil catch tank collapsed after 1 track day, so I just bought some high temp/pressure lines and they work fine.

^ Wanting and needing are two different things. I am prepping my car for car shows; that is why I want steel-braided lines.

It turns out the used catch can I bought does not have the oil hoses. Would anyone happen to know what size hoses initially come with the can?

Where'd you get those high temp/pressure lines? Are they the black fuel lines from automotive stores?

YEah my lines that came with my J's catch can collapsed after 1 day of Touge battling Bought some of those clear braided hoses from home depot they seem to last about 400 to 1,000 miles of driving depending on how hard the driving gets. I believe the correct size hose we need is 5/8 i know the inner diameter is 7mm as i measured it the other day. I'm thinking of stainless but i dunno if i wanna fork over the cash but it would be nice not to have to change out the hoses every 1 to 3 months. Anyone have any recommendations for high temp and vaccuum hoses???

Well...based on my research and discussions with fellow board members, I will want the following:

1. Two (2) 1/2" SS hoses: http://www.paragonperformance.com/HOSE.HTML
2. Two (2) -8AN male aluminum fittings
3. Two (2) -8AN female aluminum fittings: http://www.paragonperformance.com/FITTINGS.HTML
3. Two (2) -8AN hose locks: http://www.paragonperformance.com/hose%20locks.html

First, I am going to find a shop that can TIG weld the two -8AN male fittings onto the catch can. Next, I will then find a shop that can polish the catch can. Finally, I will have all of the items installed.

I got it from a reputable car shop that's specialized in turbo charged cars. They are blue in color. I dont really care about the look as long as they work.
