Mugen in some countries (NZ included) is considered an OEM part. We can install their coilovers here without any certification! The race is the Sepang 24hr race which J's compete in annually, and it is strict on what parts can be modified - most of the body needs to be OEM, which is why the CR wing is there. I believe they also used their 2.0ltr engine rather than the 2.2 / 2.3 / 2.4 they and their customers use.
