I just measured my wing and it's 1600mm and the distance from the 2 risers is 1000mm. I tried to install the wing today but there's almost no way the wing is going to fit in between the risers. The risers and mounts are loose but there's almost 2 inches of gap from both sides. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

The picture below is not properly mounted. It's difficult to see but as far as i know, the top of the risers should be on the inside of the wing mount, not outside as shown.

try moving your base mounts further back as the trunk area there is wider.
I have the same wing mounted and mine is mounted pretty far back so the wing fits.
This is the best pic I can find for reference.

 

the only thing i see wrong is that your stands need to be on the outsides of your base plate... yours is on the insides so its causing that awkward lean.

 

I'm pretty sure you accidentally purchased a wing for a DC2 or DC5. Rear trunk lid on S2000 trunk seems to be 40" while dc2 rear spoiler bolt to bolt is around 44" and dc5 is 46-47".

 

Rerivet the wing, i have a dc2 wing and reriveted, fits perfect now
