Anyone know where to purchase or the part numbers for the conversion?

 

Your speaking of the turn signal sockets I'm assuming? If you are you will need some of our overseas counterparts to pick up a set for you and send them. I haven't found anyone selling them from a website yet. Luckily the guy I bought mine from on E-Bay is sending me a set after some negotiating.
