just get the high temp silcone hose. that should work. i haven't had any problems with it melting.

i think your rattle is most likely from the metal hangers that hit a certain part underneath the car.

it's should be the 2nd hanger away from the tip. just wrap that around with some silcone tubing and zip tie it so it stays on. this should be the problem if your rattle sounds like metal on metal sound... like a nonstop tick tick tick sounds...
Does any one have a pic of what needs to be done. I also ordered the J's 60rs and have the test pipe on now and would like to know what to do before I get the exhaust to prevent the rattling. Thanks.

you cant do anything BEFORE you get it, when you're installing, you'll see where the exhaust hits the black metal part where a lower tie bar would typically mount.
