According to Top Secret:
Top Secret Paint - Though we get many requests for the "color code" for our trademark Top Secret Gold paint, no such code exists nor is it available from any paint or body shop. Our paint is our own custom color and blend made from only the finest materials. The paint is available through us for $465 per quart, pending the approval of the vehicle it is to be used on.
lol if you believe them.

Someone buy a quart and take it to almost any auto paint shop and they'll match it.
