You may want to take a look at this LSD. A good friend of mine has one in his 240sx. I had a comparable Metal based LSD in my car (240sx at the time). His was considerably quieter and smooth. It is a good LSD for track use. Not Drifting or Drag however.

ATS Carbon LSD

Too much for me though.I'm going with the kazz

money kinda tight right now but cusco's are excellent too. I have lots of friends that recommended the kazz and not so many I knew had the cusco.I bet there just as good.

It depends on your driving style. 2.0 way is for drifting and works for both acceleration and deceleration.1.5 way works on accelleration and is better if your having difficulty with understeer.I prefer 1.5 way lsd.

Have you considered a 1-way?

Just got my kaaz lsd and 4.44 w comptech reinforced housing installed.
The break in period was very dizzy for 45 minutes. All in all. It was way worth it. The kaaz lsd is great. It barely makes noise and when it does its only less than 10 mph around turns. I would definitely recommend a kaas
